Torotoro Handroll Bar is looking for a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality food preparation, maintaining kitchen standards, and supporting smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and cook dishes according to company standards.
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation.
• Manage and organize assigned kitchen section.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
• Assist with stock control and inventory management.
• Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily operations.
Requirements
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a professional kitchen.
• Experience in Japanese cuisine is preferred.
• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
