Chef de Partie (area Bali)

We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at Nongbu Market in Bali. This is a contract role, offering the opportunity to showcase your culinary skills in a dynamic and vibrant market environment.

What you'll be doing

1. Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to the highest standards
2. Assisting the Head Chef in menu planning and development
3. Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment
4. Ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations
5. Providing guidance and mentorship to junior kitchen staff
6. Collaborating with the wider team to deliver an exceptional customer experience

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2 years' experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role
2. Strong working knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine
3. Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities
4. Passion for using fresh, locally sourced ingredients
5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
6. Strong communication and teamwork skills
7. Certification in food safety and hygiene
