Job description:
- Develops strategies for various marketing channels.
- Monitors performance across multiple platforms, making adjustments as necessary to optimize results.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content.
- Ensure that all content is align with the brand's voice, tone, and values.
- Generate monthly reports on social media performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform changes, and new features to keep the company’s social media strategy fresh and relevant.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify opportunities and threats.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, Content Planner/Strategic Planner, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of social media platform (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and how each platform works.
- Creative thinking with the ability to adapt content for different social media platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Located in Pejaten Barat, South Jakarta (Hybrid)
