Job Description:
1、Channel Development and Collaboration: Develop and negotiate with offline distributors, stores, and partner outlets to expand sales channels, finalize cooperation agreements, and establish an offline sales network.
2、Sales Target Achievement: Take responsibility for offline channel performance targets, break down goals to partner clients, follow up on product shipments and replenishments, and meet company-set sales and revenue collection objectives.
3、Customer Maintenance and Management: Conduct regular visits to channel partners, maintain strong relationships, address customer concerns and requests, manage pricing and cross-channel distribution, and ensure stable channel operations.
4、End-User Operations Support: Assist partner clients with in-store displays, event execution, promotional activities, train store sales staff, and drive actual end-user sales.
5、Information Feedback and Review: Collect market intelligence on competitors, customer feedback, and terminal issues; regularly report data, review channel challenges, and provide optimization and improvement recommendations.
