Bebibu is a growing brand in the Mom & Baby Care industry. We are currently building our business and looking for a strategic and hands-on Channel Development Manager to drive our distribution growth and expand our market presence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute channel development strategies to expand market reach.
- Identify and acquire new distributors, retailers, and strategic partners.
- Expand product distribution across General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT), pharmacies, and baby specialty stores.
- Negotiate and establish commercial partnerships with potential channel partners.
- Monitor sales performance, distribution coverage, and channel growth.
- Identify new market opportunities and drive business expansion.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Channel Development, Business Development, Sales, or Distribution Management.
- Experience in FMCG, Mom & Baby Care, Personal Care, or Consumer Goods is preferred.
- Strong understanding of distribution networks, GT/MT channels, and retail partnerships.
- Proven negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Strategic thinker, proactive, and hands-on in building business opportunities.
