Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage strategic relationships with technology vendors, principals, distributors, and channel partners.
- Act as the primary liaison between the company and strategic partners to ensure strong collaboration and alignment.
- Drive partner engagement programs, business planning, and joint go-to-market initiatives.
- Identify new partnership opportunities that can support business growth and market expansion.
- Collaborate closely with sales, pre-sales, marketing, and delivery teams to maximize partner-driven revenue opportunities.
- Negotiate partnership terms, incentives, certifications, and commercial programs with vendors and distributors.
- Maintain strong understanding of vendor programs, licensing models, product positioning, and market trends.
- Monitor and achieve partnership KPIs, revenue targets, certifications, pipeline growth, and business development objectives.
- Organize partner enablement activities including trainings, workshops, executive meetings, and marketing events.
- Prepare business reviews, pipeline reports, and strategic account updates for management and partners.
- Strengthen executive-level relationships with incumbent vendors and key industry stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a Channel Manager, Alliance Manager, Partner Manager, or similar role within the IT industry.
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong existing relationships with leading IT vendors, principals, and distributors.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise IT solutions, software, cloud, infrastructure, observability, cybersecurity, or digital transformation technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to identify and develop strategic opportunities.
- Experience managing vendor partnerships and achieving partnership growth targets.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with sales, technical, and executive teams.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented personality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Management, Marketing, or related field.
- Familiarity with partner ecosystems in Indonesia’s IT market is highly preferred.
- Experience working with global technology vendors/principals is a strong advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing partnerships with enterprise technology vendors.
- Understanding of channel sales motion and enterprise customer engagement.
- Experience in alliance strategy, business development, or ecosystem management.
- Strong network within Indonesia enterprise and technology industry.
