Deskripsi pekerjaan Channel Analyst Staff Banjarmasin PT XLSMART Telecom Sejahtera Tbk
- Assist and coordinate administrative processes related to Dealer Commission and RO Tax Invoices.
- Compile administrative data related to the winners of Channel program commissions for internal dealer and RO competitions.
- Support and coordinate with the Channel Operations Team regarding cases involving RO/Players, including creating IOM logbooks and following up on cases until they are resolved (closed).
- Analyze internal and external sales data regularly
- Create & Analyze weekly/monthly sales performance reports
- Provide administrative reports to dealers and complete reports initiated by the Regional Channel Operation team.
- Coordinate with dealers (particularly dealer administrators) regarding data compilatio requested by Channel HQ
- Monitor RO participants and performance in Channel programs.
- Monitor Internal Sales KPIs (weekly and monthly).
- Monitor CVS and SPV Sales KPIs (weekly and monthly).
- Monitor and maintain RO YOLO membership (deletion, updates, changes, etc.).
- Manage the CVS–SPV Sales database in OWS and perform KPI adjustments for CVS–SPV Sales.
- Compile and report the list of DOP employees eligible for quota package allowances (monthly).
- Process payments for operational costs and management service fees.
- Handle complaints related to RO/TS/RO programs.
- Update RO membership data and RO program winner information.
- Update CGI mapping to cluster
KUALIFIKASI TENAGA KERJA
1. General Qualification
- Minimum Diploma (any major are welcome)
- Have a minimum of 2 years experience in Reporting & Data Support
2. Technical Competency
Have good language and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Knowing product knowledge (ability to understand the brief)
Have knowledge of computers including Microsoft programs
Good at time management (Time Management)
Familiar with Microsoft Excel
Advanced skills in building interactive dashboards using business intelligence tools like Power BI, etc
