Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage while minimizing resistance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand the impact of changes and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
- Support the design, development, delivery, and management of communications related to change initiatives.
- Provide direct support and coaching to front-line managers and supervisors as they help their teams through transitions.
- Evaluate and ensure user readiness and manage stakeholders to ensure successful deployment of changes.
- Track and report issues related to the change management process.
- Facilitate change management activities with cross-functional team members and stakeholders to understand and ensure adoption of the Enterprise Business Transformation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Communication, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in change management, preferably in the telecommunications sector.
- Proven knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent active listening skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.
- Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere.
- Forward-looking with a holistic approach.
- Organizational skills and experience with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
- Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.
