Key Responsibilities
- Provide consultation to students and parents regarding international academic competitions.
- Guide students through the preparation and enrollment process for international competitions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, parents, schools, and other stakeholders.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert consultations into successful enrollments.
- Achieve individual enrollment targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth student journey from consultation to enrollment.
- Represent Vista Education professionally at events, seminars, and promotional activities when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Communication, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in Education Sales, Customer Service, Hospitality, Admissions, or a related field is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple student inquiries effectively.
- Passionate about education and helping students achieve their goals.
- Experience participating in WSC, MUN, Speech, Debate, or other international competitions is highly preferred.
