About Project 7°S
PT DMC operates a 7,000㎡ multi-span greenhouse in Singosari, East Java.
Project 7°S is developing an AI-powered agricultural operating system that integrates data from 50+ environmental sensors with advanced CFD simulations to quantitatively analyze and optimize greenhouse climate conditions.
Our goal is to build a data-driven environmental control system combining physics-based modeling and AI-assisted workflows.
Position Overview
We are seeking a CFD Engineer → Simulation Engineer (AI-Assisted CFD) to lead environmental simulations and contribute to the development of our next-generation smart greenhouse platform.
This role combines computational fluid dynamics expertise with modern AI-assisted engineering workflows.

Location: On-site in Singosari + remote simulation access
Key Responsibilities
- Perform CFD simulations of greenhouse environments using OpenFOAM (airflow, temperature, humidity distribution, ventilation scenarios)
- Validate simulation results against real-time field sensor data
- Analyze and optimize ventilation fan and dehumidifier placement
- Conduct spatial analysis of environmental sensor data (3D heatmaps, interpolation, representativeness validation)
- Create technical visualization materials for internal reports and investment presentations (ParaView, etc.)
- Integrate AI tools into simulation workflow to improve efficiency and accuracy
Required Qualifications
- Strong fundamentals in thermal-fluid sciences (heat transfer, fluid dynamics, turbulence modeling)
- Practical experience using OpenFOAM (research, academic, or professional)
- Experience incorporating AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, etc.) into technical workflows
- Ability to critically verify and refine AI-generated outputs based on physical reasoning
- Comfortable working in Linux/macOS terminal environments
- Ability to read and write technical documentation in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience simulating indoor environments (buildings, agricultural facilities, controlled environments)
- Familiarity with meshing tools (snappyHexMesh, cfMesh, Gmsh)
- Python scripting for automation and post-processing
- Korean language proficiency (not required, but a plus)
Work Environment
- Simulations executed on Mac Studio M3 Ultra (192GB unified memory) via SSH remote access
- Small, focused development team (2 engineers + project leader based in Korea)
- On-site visits for sensor validation and environmental assessment as needed
