Deskripsi pekerjaan CEO office The OCX

What you’ll do:

- Manage CEO scheduling, correspondence, and meeting coordination

- Handle company administrative and corporate secretarial tasks (filings, documentation, corporate maintenance)

- ⁠Coordinate across internal teams, investors, and external partners

- Support event logistics and CEO networking events

What we’re looking for:

- Fresh graduate, any discipline - legal background is a strong plus

- Extremely organised and detail-oriented

- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment

- Good written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia

- Proactive, not waiting to be told what to do

- Based in Jakarta (WFO)
