Job Description
- Manage the CEO's schedule, including arranging meetings and appointments
- Coordinate and prepare all necessary materials for meetings, presentations, and conferences
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CEO
- Handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism
- Provide general administrative support to the executive team and other departments as needed
- Develop and maintain effective filing systems, both physical and digital
- Coordinate and arrange events, such as meetings, conferences, and receptions
- Liaise with external parties, including clients, vendors, and partners
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Perform other duties as assigned by the CEO
