Job Description

  • Manage the CEO's schedule, including arranging meetings and appointments
  • Coordinate and prepare all necessary materials for meetings, presentations, and conferences
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CEO
  • Handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism
  • Provide general administrative support to the executive team and other departments as needed
  • Develop and maintain effective filing systems, both physical and digital
  • Coordinate and arrange events, such as meetings, conferences, and receptions
  • Liaise with external parties, including clients, vendors, and partners
  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the CEO
