We are looking for a Centre Manager to support the daily operations of our Learning Centre. This role helps ensure smooth day-to-day activities, supports sales and marketing targets, assists in improving centre performance, and manages class schedules.
Responsibilities:
• Manage daily centre operations, administration, and class scheduling.
• Achieve sales targets and ensure business profitability.
• Lead, recruit, train, and monitor staff performance.
• Build strong relationships with parents and handle inquiries or concerns professionally.
• Ensure high standards of customer service.
• Support marketing and promotional activities.
• Uphold the brand values and professional standards of the company.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in centre management, retail, or education operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proven experience in sales and customer service.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Organized, proactive, and target-oriented.
• Willing to work on weekends or public holidays when required.
