English 1 (YHA Group) is looking for a driven, purpose-led Center Director to spearhead our upcoming operations in Binjai.

🔹 What You Will Lead as Center Director
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and successful operation of the entire center:
✔Marketing: Develop and execute local marketing strategies to grow brand presence and drive center visits, sales, and re-sales.
✔Operations: Partner with the Director of Studies to ensure academic quality and implement English 1’s Operations Manual.
✔Sales Leadership: Supervise and coach the Course Consultant and Progress Advisor teams to achieve sales targets.
✔Recruitment & Training: Lead hiring and onboarding for local and international staff; ensure continuous training and performance evaluations.
✔Finance & Administration: Oversee financial processes, budgeting, and ensure operational expenses follow English 1 guidelines.
✔Logistics & Technology: Ensure timely logistical support for all departments, and maintain English 1 IT and systems standards.
🔹 We Are Looking For:
✔ Minimum S1 degree, preferably in Business Management
✔ 3–5 years of managerial experience in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
✔ Strong leadership, people management, and team-building skills
✔ Experience in sales, marketing, or other customer-facing roles
✔ Good communication skills in English (spoken & written)
✔ Organized, detail-oriented, analytical, and a strong decision-maker
✔ Ability to work under pressure, problem-solve, and manage diverse teams
✔ Basic finance & budget-management skills
✔ Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with technology
