JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Manage all aspects of center operations ensuring compliance with all laws, rules, and SOPs.
- Develop and oversee full collaboration and cooperation among all the departments.
- Ensure IT and computer equipment meet the standard. Ensure that all relevant information is registered properly in the production system.
- Continuously maintain a safe, clean, functioning, and friendly center environment that follows English 1 standards.
- Recruit the best people to fill all roles in the center using established L2H procedures.
- Ensure all staff members receive appropriate induction, coaching, mentoring and ongoing training.
- Ensure all staff members are evaluated objectively and in a timely manner.
- Analyze and review the performance of all staff in relation to achieving targets.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum S1 degree. Ideally in business management.
- At least 3 years of management experience in a fast-paced growth environment, independently handling overall.
- Management and working with people from different cultures.
- Able to communicate well in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven track record in team leadership and staff management.
- Sales and marketing background. Previous experience in meeting sales targets is a plus.
- Organizational abilities, detail-oriented and able to manage complex multifaceted
organization. - Problem-solver and self-motivated.
- Can work under pressure and has good analytical skills.
- Basic finance management skills.
