Deskripsi pekerjaan Category Specialist - Upstream Sourcing Segari
Responsibilities :
- Sourcing and identify potential suppliers and new items
- Negotiation with suppliers on Contract Farming
- Do monitoring and analyst on Contract Farming to understand their continuity, quality and field problems
- Coordinate with Buyer and Warehouse team for potential harvest capacity from Contract Farming
Requirements :
- Minimum a bachelor's degree from reputable universities
- Good knowledge of Agriculture (Horticulture will be a plus)
- Good Negotiation and Communication skill- Proficient in Google Sheets / Ms. Excel
- Integrity, High Initiatives and Motivation for field working
- Have driving licence A / C will be plus
