Job Descriptions :
- To maintain existing customer and develop new ones.
- To increase revenue, margin and customer satisfaction.
- To do sourcing and procurement services.
- To be able to fast respond to RFQ, quote, product catalogues, ordering, source and purchase from vendor, and delivery.
- To achieve zero mistakes, increase payment term from supplier, zero refund/rejection & achieve total customer satisfaction
- To coordinate with Operation Team to help fulfil customer’s order accordingly and any other duties given by Management from time to time
- To update the user/customer list consisting of contact name, mobile, email address, company name, product purchased, quantity, unit price and values to The Management for review & approval.
- To submit the sales forecast quarterly, half yearly and yearly to The Management.
- Engaging customer, handling of inquiries, find out demand, increase customer spends and provide quotation
Requirements :
- > 3 years working experience in sales/business development
- Deeply understand the goals, drivers, and needs of others.
- Service-oriented & Problem solver.
- Strong creativity and growth mindset for self improvement.
- Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills.
- Good command of English, and one more second language is a bonus
- Desire to work hard and succeed
- Passionate, Driven and Hungry to learn and grow
- Degree in any discipline
