Job Responbilities:
• Serve Cashier in buying process at store
• Operate Cashier Program/Point of Sales, handling cash out at store.
• Helping out to maintain Customer payment.
• Make report to Operational & Finance Division.
• Serve food and beverages to customers.
• Set table according to type of event and service standards.
• Communicaticate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, the length of wait and product availability.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food and/or beverage.
• Maintain cleanliness of work and guest areas by clearing, collecting and returning food and beverage item to proper area.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationship with others, support team to reach common goals.
Job Requirements:
• Maximum 28 years old
• Male or Female
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma Degree in Finance/Accounting/Banking, Hospitality, Food Beverage or equivalent.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Fluent speaking in English
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literate
• Detailed oriented
• Hard worker under pressure and muti-taksing.
• Able to perform rotating shift including weekends and public holidays.
• Willing to work in SURABAYA
