The Irishman is looking for a Cashier to handle guest payments, operate the POS system, and provide friendly and accurate service during daily operations.
Responsibilities:
• Process cash, card, and digital payments accurately
• Operate the POS system and manage transactions
• Issue bills, receipts, and payment confirmations
• Handle opening and closing cash procedures
• Assist guests with payment enquiries professionally
• Coordinate with floor and bar teams regarding orders and bills
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the cashier area
• Report discrepancies or payment issues to management
Requirements:
• Previous cashier or hospitality experience is preferred
• Basic computer and POS system knowledge
• Honest, organised, and detail-oriented
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Able to work under pressure during busy periods
• Must be able to speak English and Bahasa Indonesia
