We specialize in simple food done right, offering a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere for both locals and visitors. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and friendly individual to join our team as a Cashier/Host. This role is essential to the smooth operation of our establishment, and we are looking for someone who can contribute to the positive experience of our guests while supporting our daily business functions.
The Cashier/Host at Tropical Bistro is responsible for handling cash transactions, processing payments, and providing excellent customer service. This role involves greeting guests, assisting with orders, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring that all financial records are accurate. The ideal candidate will also support the front-of-house operations, including managing inventory, preparing reports, and collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless guest experience. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are important to maintain the high standards of our bistro.
Candidates must have completed SMA/SMK education and possess a strong foundation in customer service and cashier operations. Proficiency in handling cash, credit card sales, and using Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Word is required. Experience in roles such as supermarket cashier, shopping mall cashier, or convenience store cashier is a plus.
