Deskripsi:
We are currently seeking a Sales Manager to grow together with us at our Semarang Branch Office.
Job Descriptions:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across domestic and international routes
- Plan and execute effective marketing strategies to exceed revenue targets
- Lead and guide the sales team to ensure optimal performance
- Respond to customers’ inquiries on rates and services with professionalism and excellence
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, agents, and partners
- Coordinate with operations and other departments to ensure smooth cargo handling and delivery
- Monitor team performance and report to directors
- Provide feedback to headquarters and take action based on market insights
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- At least 3 years of work experience in freight forwarding, shipping, or airline companies, preferably in sales
- Professional proficiency in English, fluency in Mandarin is a plus
- Broad understanding of global freight forwarding and logistics including Sea, Air, Land, ISO tank, Warehouse, and Distribution
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Able to operate Microsoft Office
- Willing to work from office at Semarang Office
