Deskripsi:
We are currently seeking a Sales Executive to grow together with us at our Semarang Branch Office.
Job Descriptions:
- Explore and secure new business opportunities for export, import, and domestic shipments
- Achieve or exceed sales target
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Respond to customers’ inquiry on rates and services with professionalism and excellence
- Negotiate rates and terms with customers and partners
- Report sales performance and customer feedback to supervisor
- Collaborate with sales team to implement effective marketing strategies
- Coordinate with operations and other departments to ensure smooth cargo handling and delivery
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Prior work experience in freight forwarding, shipping, or airlines company is preferred
- Able to operate Microsoft Office
- Enjoys working with people and motivated by target
- Good proficiency in English
- Broad understanding of global freight forwarding industry (Sea & Air, ISOtank, Domestic)
- Willing to Work From Office at Semarang office
