- Develop and maintain a database of HPHC candidates.
- Work with internal teams to match HPHC individuals with suitable opportunities.
- Design and implement a job acceleration program aimed at fast-tracking the careers of high potential students.
- Develop training modules, mentorship opportunities, and career development plans.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the program.
- Provide career counseling and support to students to prepare them for the job market.
- Track and analyze Objective and Key Results (OKRs) related to talent support initiatives.
- Prepare and present regular reports on program outcomes and impact.
- Domicile in Jabodetabek area, willing to WFO from Kemang, South Jakarta (or willing to relocate to Jakarta)
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Communication, or any related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Business Development, Partnership, Project Management, Talent Management, or Associate Consultant.
- Proven experience in program development and management.
- Experience working with university career services and student programs is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- High level of initiative and the ability to work independently.
