Deskripsi pekerjaan Career Consultant Intern PT Digital Dibimbing Indonesia
Responsibilities:
- Conduct CV & LinkedIn reviews to assist bootcamp students in their career preparation.
- Facilitate interview practice sessions and provide constructive feedback for students’ interview skill improvement.
- Lead career consultation sessions to offer insights on challenges in career preparation and development.
- Gather and share job vacancies relevant to the bootcamp topics of the students.
- Conduct research on job demand in industries related to the bootcamp topics.
- Build strong relationships with students and alumni & provide relevant information about the Dibimbing Job Connect Program.
- Collect, organize, and analyze student data related to the Dibimbing Job Connect Program.
- Prepare, organize, and execute Talent Showcase events to provide opportunities for alumni to present their portfolios to Dibimbing's Hiring Partners.
Requirements:
- Able to conduct an internship for at least 6 month
- GPA > 3.00
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to deliver a great presentation
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks
- Capable of working in a fast-paced work environment
- Adaptive
- Have an ability to turn unsatisfied customers into a valuable resource
- Good analytical thinking
- Understand talent recruitment process (CV screening and review, interview)
- Have passion for human resource management
- Have a keen understanding of various job roles in UI/UX Design, Data Science, and/or Digital Marketing is a plus!
