1. Execute the end-to-end card dispute and chargeback lifecycle following Visa & Mastercard
Product and Service Rules
2. Perform initial fraud assessments on user-reported and system-flagged transactions
3. Manage complex pre-dispute, dispute response, and Pre-Arbitration cases
4. Retrieve, parse, and process daily clearing reports within our internal Platform
5. Coordinate real-time treasury workflows, to convert diverse merchant balances into target
settlement currencies (XSGD / XUSD).
6. Monitor and reconcile incoming merchant payments across settlement wallets, executing
secure fund movements from client reserves to internal corporate accounts.
7. Required to have good English communication skills
