Job Description :
- Involves overseeing the front-of-house operations
- ensuring that all guests receive attentive and friendly service.
- Key responsibilities include greeting and seating guests, taking orders, presenting menus,
- coordinating with kitchen staff, managing tables during peak hours, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere.
- The Captain Waiter also plays a crucial role in training and guiding junior staff, fostering a positive team environment, and ensuring that all service standards are consistently met.
We are looking for :
- Able to join immediately
- Intermediate english level
- Candidates should have between 3 and 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong customer service skills, the ability to work well in a team, and proficiency in English are essential.
- Experience in restaurant reception or a related field is a plus.
- Prefeably male
