• Monitoring cleanliness and hygiene of bar area
• Check stock is correctly rotated and stored to reduce wastage
• Set and monitor quality and service standards for staff.
• Control and be responsible for the daily operational processes in the unit by carrying out a double check list at the opening, operational, and closing times.
• Control daily inventory and monthly stock opname on time.
• Responsible to give good service quality
• Follow SOP to ensure customer satisfaction
• Complete the beverage stocks, snacks, and the support garnish
• Ensure all the beverage products prepared by SOP include the presentation
• Maintain good relation with other parties
• Knowing regular guests name and the preferences
• Effective communication and create good relation with other staf to create harmonious work atmosphere.
• Do needed job for operational and given by manager or supervisor
