BEEX is looking for a highly motivated Campus Manager to lead the expansion of our campus network across Indonesia. This role is responsible for developing university partnerships, building and managing Campus Leaders, driving user growth, and strengthening campus communities.
Job Description
- Build and manage a database of target universities across Indonesia.
- Identify potential campuses and develop expansion strategies.
- Design and implement an effective Campus Leader management system.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and manage Campus Leaders.
- Coordinate campus promotion activities and user acquisition programs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with universities, student organizations, and campus communities.
- Lead and supervise the Campus Business Development team.
- Monitor campus growth performance and user acquisition metrics.
- Prepare regular reports and provide recommendations based on growth data analysis.
- Ensure monthly user growth targets and campus expansion goals are achieved.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any major.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Campus Marketing, Community Development, Business Development, Growth Marketing, or related fields.
- Experience as a Campus Ambassador is highly preferred.
- Active involvement in student organizations (BEM), campus communities, or youth organizations is a plus.
- Experience building or managing campus networks, communities, or ambassador programs is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Understanding of community management and user growth strategies.
- Familiar with social media platforms, especially TikTok.
- Data-driven, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Willing to travel for business trips across Indonesia.
