To strengthen the planning and execution of integrated marketing initiatives, we are opening an opportunity for a Campaign Strategist who will be responsible for Campaign Strategy (Integrated Strategy & Execution).
Requirements:
Must-have
1. Minmal 1–2+ years in campaign strategy/planning (brand or agency).
2. Strong strategic structuring: insight → strategy → execution plan → measurement.
3. Excellent deck building and storytelling.
4. Strong cross-team coordination and documentation skills.
Nice-to-have
1. Experience with integrated campaigns (digital + offline activation/community/event).
2. Data/measurement literacy (GA4 basics, attribution awareness).
3. Creative sensibility grounded in KPIs.
Job Descriptions:
1) Insight & Strategic Planning – Turn briefs into clear strategies using data and research to define objectives, audience, key messages, proposition, and campaign frameworks including channel mix and KPIs.
2) Concept Development & Creative Direction – Develop the big idea and channel-specific executions, creating creative briefs that guide tone, storytelling, RTB, and formats.
3) Deck & Proposal Development – Produce client-ready decks/proposals that clearly and persuasively cover insights, strategy, channel plans, creative direction, timeline, KPIs, and budget.
4) Execution Orchestration – Lead cross-functional teams (Creative, Ops, Tech/Data, Finance/Legal, AE/BD) to ensure timely execution, quality control, and alignment with campaign goals.
5) Performance Review & Learning – Analyze campaign results to drive strategic actions, create post-campaign evaluations, learning logs, and reusable playbooks/templates.
Focus: campaign strategy from insight to execution, big idea development, channel planning, KPI framework, and client-ready deck creation; also leading cross-team orchestration to ensure delivery and measurable impact.
Tools: Google Slides/PowerPoint, Google Sheets/Excel, Docs/Notion, basic paid media literacy to brief/align teams, Figma (optional).
