Position Objective
Menerjemahkan strategi brand & marketing menjadi campaign yang terstruktur, relevan, dan executable, serta memastikan seluruh campaign berjalan efektif dari tahap perencanaan, koordinasi, eksekusi, hingga evaluasi lintas channel dan stakeholder.
Scope of Work (SOW)
Campaign Specialist bertanggung jawab mengelola campaign secara end-to-end, meliputi:
Pre-Campaign
Campaign planning
Distribusi dan aktivasi campaign (event, collab, socmed, channel)
Timeline creation
Moodboard & campaign deck
Vendor sourcing
Budget planning (RAB)
Production coordination
During Campaign
Cross-functional coordination
Vendor management
Execution monitoring
Timeline management
Operational problem solving
Quality control
Campaign alignment monitoring
Post-Campaign
Campaign reporting
Insight & recommendation
Actual budget reporting
Performance evaluation
Internal recap & improvement notes
Qualifications
Mandatory Qualifications
Memiliki pengalaman 3–5 tahun di bidang campaign, marketing, brand activation, creative production, atau social campaign
Terbiasa menangani campaign end-to-end dari planning hingga reporting
Memiliki pengalaman mengelola vendor, freelance, atau production team
Memahami social media campaign distribution dan aktivasi campaign (event, collab, socmed, channel) execution
Mampu membuat campaign deck dan guideline execution yang rapi dan jelas
Memiliki kemampuan koordinasi dan project management yang baik
Terbiasa bekerja dengan timeline dan perubahan mendadak
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, problem solving, dan stakeholder management yang baik
