What You'll Do:
As a digital execution specialist, you will collaborate closely with our Growth Hacker team to:
- Conduct Digital Infrastructure Audit — ensuring every client’s foundation is ready to scale.
- Build, activate, and optimize campaigns across digital platforms: from timeline planning, execution, optimization, to evaluation.
- Track and analyze client performance to deliver actionable insights.
- Run technical evaluations, identify improvement areas, and provide corrective recommendations.
- Continuously learn and experiment to improve performance metrics across channels.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in digital marketing or advertising operations.
- Familiar with digital analytics dashboards (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, Data Studio, etc.).
- Understanding of website tracking, data flow, and attribution logic.
- Hands-on experience in creating and optimizing digital ads (Meta, Google, TikTok) -- Bonus: experience with Marketplace Ads (Tokopedia / Shopee).
- Curious, collaborative, and up-to-date with digital marketing trends.
- Honest, structured, and committed to following standard procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and eagerness to learn.
- Hybrid role, able to WFO in Bandung.
