Job descriptions:
- Handling operational campaign activities run smoothly, from submission, curation and create draft mission
- Quality check for campaign submission
- Prepare all administration and operational requirement for campaign
- Collect and analyze data for campaigns to assess performance
- Cross-functional Coordination
- Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues that arise during campaigns
- Work with the customer service team to address any campaign-related customer issues promptly
Requirements:
- High discipline in meeting deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Document, Spreadsheets, Slides) or similar tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required
- Good communication skills in English and/or Bahasa Indonesia
- High attention to detail
- Ability to be creative operationally and strategically
- Reliable and good player who enjoys fast paced"
