Requirements:
- S1 with equivalent work experience;
- Outstanding attention to details, organizational and prioritization skills.
- Flexible to work in different Southeast Asian time zones.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint / Google Slides.
- Can work on a Work From Office/Hybrid setup
- Experience in Digital Advertising Operations or Ad Operations Campaign setup and optimization experience
- familiar with PowerBI, Salesforce, Jira, Zendesk or other ticketing system experience.
- Fluent english
- Must have skill experience in campaign operation at Google Ad Manager (GAM)
Job Description
- Maintain the highest accuracy and standards around campaign setup, reporting and customer service.
- Traffic campaigns and ads in proprietary systems.
- Complete campaign audits using checklists to ensure accuracy and completeness of campaign.
- Provide campaign screenshots.
- Generate Weekly and End of Campaign reports.
- Respond to daily campaigns inquiries by the Sales team
- Not be afraid to challenge the status quo and proactively surface challenges and solutions
- Proactively suggest and drive enhancements to ticketing workflows.
- Participates in projects to improve processes and product capabilities, and that contributes to the team’s goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Ad Operations Team.
