Deskripsi pekerjaan Campaign Coordinator Pt Creatorz Media Network
- Should have at least 2 years of relevant working experience in campaign marketing, product marketing, growth marketing, marketing & communication, brand marketing, category manager
- Strong project management & execution skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment & short deadlines
- Able to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously with sound precision and attention to detail
- Experience in working with KOLs/Creators/Social Media campaigns and projects
- Solid understanding of how social media (TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, and Instagram) works and relevancy with creators and brand
- Preferable experience in managing people or having their own team
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willing to work in Serpong (WFO)
- Manages project campaign team, ensuring that all staff are trained and capable to do daily activities for project campaign
- Lead a team in managing the overall day-to-day operational campaign management; ensuring all campaigns are delivered effectively and on time, as well as properly distributed across all marketing channels
- Staff development and training to adapt to potential opportunities and rapid changes in technology
- Maintain communications and build a good relationship with media, influencer/KOL/artist, and third-party agencies for join collaboration of various campaigns/promotions
- Monitoring the collaboration process with influencer/KOL/artists in accordance with expectations and contract/agreement
- Helping the team with the administration activities and managing influencer/KOL/artist database
- Understand and utilize various analytics, reports, and platforms to achieve daily objectives, and to analyze and optimize campaign performance
