Deskripsi pekerjaan Campaign and KOL Lead PT. Transcosmos Indonesia

Job Function

Lead end-to-end campaign strategy and execution to position the brand as the top choice for cooking inspiration. Develop creative content and manage KOL/KOC collaborations, leverage social insights and emerging trends, and optimize campaign performance across digital platforms through close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  1. Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience
  2. Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major
  3. Strong campaign strategy & digital marketing funnel understanding
  4. Skilled in campaign analysis and data-driven optimization
  5. Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Google ecosystem
  6. Experienced in managing KOL/KOC campaigns end-to-end
  7. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
  8. Up-to-date with content trends, especially food & cooking content
  9. Strong storytelling, copywriting, and creative direction skills
