Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
- A people-oriented individual who enjoys building relationships and networking.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in KOL, affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or a related field.
- Willing to work from office from Monday - Friday, Saturday (WFH) in Pluit, Penjaringan - Jakarta Utara
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and recruit suitable KOLs and affiliates aligned with the Casella brand.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs and affiliate partners.
- Develop, grow, and manage the Casella affiliate community.
- Collaborate in planning and executing KOL and affiliate marketing campaigns.
- Monitor, evaluate, and prepare performance reports for KOL and affiliate activities.
Required Tools and Skills
Microsof office, Google Workspace, Canva, Notion, Familiar with social media platform, ChatGPT or other AI Tools
