About the Role
We are looking for a Campaign & Activation Specialist to lead the execution of marketing campaigns and brand activations, while working closely with the brand team to ensure campaigns are aligned, impactful, and consistent.
This role will focus on bringing campaigns to life, bridging strategy and execution while providing input and direction to ensure all initiatives stay on track with overall campaign objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns and brand activations
- Translate campaign objectives into clear execution plans across channels
- Collaborate closely with the brand team and provide input on campaign direction and approach
- Ensure all activations align with overall campaign goals and brand positioning
- Execute online and offline activations (events, pop-ups, collaborations, etc.)
- Coordinate with internal teams (brand, creative, operations, sales) for smooth execution
- Manage external partners including vendors, KOLs, and communities
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for future improvements
- Manage timelines, execution details, and overall campaign delivery
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, campaign, or brand activation roles
- Strong understanding of marketing campaigns and consumer engagement
- Experience in executing campaigns or activations (online & offline)
- Good sense of brand and ability to collaborate with creative/brand teams
- Strong coordination and project management skills
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in fashion/lifestyle industry is a plus
