Global Prestasi School (GPS) Bandung is seeking an inspiring and insightful Cambridge Biology Teacher to join our secondary school team, specializing in the Cambridge International Curriculum.
Responsibilities:
- Teach Cambridge Biology fo Senior High School (AS/A Level) students using concept-driven and problem-solving approaches, in alignment with the Cambridge International curriculum and GPS learning standards.
- Design and deliver engaging lesson plans for developing biology concept understanding, application, and exam readiness.
- Prepare students for Cambridge examinations with structured practice and targeted intervention.
- Monitor student progress and provide formative feedback and assessments.
- Collaborate with teaching teams and participate in school events, curriculum discussions, and professional development programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Biology Education or a closely related major (Master’s is very acceptable).
- Fluent in English (spoken & written) with strong classroom management skills.
- Experience teaching for senior high school, especially in international or bilingual school contexts, is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Cambridge Curriculum and AS/A Level examinations.
- Proficient in digital tools and online learning platforms.
- ≥ 1-2 years of Cambridge teaching experience is preferred.
