Job Description
As an English Customer Service Representative (Logistics & Shipping), you will support a leading US-based logistics and shipping company by delivering exceptional customer service to international customers.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, live chat, and email.
- Provide accurate information regarding logistics, shipping, products, and services.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Maintain professional communication with customers from various countries.
- Accurately document customer interactions in the internal system.
- Meet quality and productivity standards while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) from any major.
- English proficiency: Minimum C1 (Advanced).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Customer service experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates with strong English skills are welcome to apply.
- Willing to work permanent night shifts (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
-Willing to work fully onsite in Yogyakarta.
