Deskripsi pekerjaan Call Center Agent PT. Transcosmos Indonesia

Responsibilities:

Handling customer's complain and give information by Voice & Digital platform.
Make reports on customer complaints and follow-up actions to solve the problem.

Requirements:

Educational Background Min D3 all literature.
Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
Active and Good communication in English
Have certificate for english Toefl or IELTS min level B2
Willing to work on shifting
Can join as soon as possible
