BloomingHaus Learning Center is a Montessori-inspired, play-based, and trilingual learning center for children aged 0–10 years. We provide fun, engaging, and meaningful learning experiences through hands-on activities, creative exploration, and interactive learning.
We are looking for a passionate, patient, and creative Calistung Teacher who enjoys working with young children and can create a fun and supportive learning environment to develop their early literacy and numeracy skills.
Job Responsibilities
* Plan and conduct Calistung (Reading, Writing, and Mathematics) lessons for young children.
* Teach basic literacy and numeracy skills through fun, interactive, and age-appropriate activities.
* Develop creative and engaging lesson plans based on each child’s age, learning ability, and progress.
* Prepare learning materials, worksheets, flashcards, educational games, and other teaching resources.
* Adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and individual student needs.
* Monitor and evaluate students’ learning progress and provide regular updates to parents.
* Create a positive, safe, and encouraging classroom environment.
* Maintain good communication and collaboration with parents and the teaching team.
* Keep classroom materials and learning areas clean, organized, and ready for each session.
Requirements
* Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
* Previous experience teaching young children, especially in Calistung, kindergarten, or early childhood education, is preferred.
* Able to teach basic reading, writing, and mathematics effectively.
* Patient, caring, creative, and enthusiastic about working with children.
* Good communication and classroom management skills.
* Able to create engaging and interactive learning activities.
* Responsible, organized, proactive, and willing to work collaboratively in a team.
* Passionate about early childhood development and education.
