Responsibilities:
Oversee all day-to-day Cafe operations, including service, food quality, and customer satisfaction.
Manage restaurant staff, including scheduling, training, and performance reviews.
Ensure smooth and efficient service delivery to all guests.
Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant operations and increase profitability.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively and professionally.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and licensing requirements.
Inventory management and cost control.
Contribute to the overall success and growth of the restaurant.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cafe Manager or in a similar supervisory role within the F&B industry.
Proven experience in managing all aspects of restaurant operations, including service, food quality, and staff.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive and results-oriented with a strong customer service focus.
Experience with POS systems and other restaurant management software.
Passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to create an exceptional guest experience.
