Job Description
1. Business Growth & Revenue Generation
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly sales and profitability targets.
- Create innovative promotional campaigns, events, collaborations, and loyalty programs to attract new customers.
- Analyze customer trends and market insights to identify new business opportunities.
- Initiate new menu ideas, seasonal products, limited-time offerings, and product bundles.
- Collaborate with marketing/content teams to maximize brand awareness through social media.
- Build partnerships with nearby offices, communities, schools, gyms, or other businesses.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize initiatives based on sales results.
2. Operations Management
- Lead day-to-day café operations, ensuring smooth service from opening until closing.
- Ensure excellent customer service standards across Front of House and Back of House.
- Maintain SOP implementation, cleanliness, hygiene, food safety, and service quality.
- Ensure inventory availability and minimize waste.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for purchasing and operational needs.
3. Team Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 18–20 employees.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Create staff schedules while optimizing labor costs.
- Foster a positive, high-performance, and customer-oriented culture.
- Recruit, train, and onboard new employees when needed.
4. Financial Management
- Manage outlet P&L to ensure profitability targets are achieved.
- Monitor daily sales, food cost, beverage cost, labor cost, and operating expenses.
- Analyze financial reports and recommend improvement strategies.
- Ensure accurate cash handling and financial reporting.
- Identify opportunities to improve margins and operational efficiency.
5. Customer Experience & Brand Development
- Ensure customers consistently receive excellent service and memorable experiences.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and promptly.
- Monitor online reviews and customer feedback.
- Maintain strong relationships with recurring customers.
- Develop initiatives that improve customer retention and increase repeat visits.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Management, Marketing, Culinary Management, or related fields is preferred.
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in the F&B industry.
- At least 2–3 years in a managerial role overseeing café or restaurant operations.
- Experience leading 15–30 employees.
- Proven track record of increasing sales and business performance.
- Experience in a premium café, lifestyle café, or casual dining restaurant is highly preferred.
