Qualifications:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Cafe Manager, Restaurant Manager, or Operations Manager.
Must have experience managing operations in a chain café, multi-outlet café, or well-established café group in Indonesia.
Preferred candidates with previous experience at reputable café brands such as NOB Coffee, Fore Coffee, Kopi Kenangan, Janji Jiwa, Starbucks Indonesia, Excelso, or other recognized national café chains.
Strong understanding of café operations, customer service standards, inventory control, and cost management.
Experienced in managing teams of at least 10–30 employees.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and maintain operational excellence.
Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
Familiar with SOP development, implementation, and performance monitoring.
Proficient in POS systems, inventory management systems, and Microsoft Office.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is an advantage.
Willing to relocate or travel if required.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily café operations and ensure smooth business performance.
Lead, supervise, and develop café staff to maintain high service standards.
Monitor sales performance, labor costs, food costs, and operational expenses.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, hygiene standards, and safety regulations.
Manage inventory, purchasing, stock control, and supplier relationships.
Conduct regular staff training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues effectively.
Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations for business improvement.
Drive revenue growth while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction.
Support business expansion initiatives and opening of new outlets when required.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
We are seeking a hands-on Café Manager who has successfully managed operations within a large café chain or multi-outlet coffee brand, understands structured operational systems, and has experience maintaining consistent standards across multiple teams and high-volume environments. Experience from brands such as NOB Coffee or other leading café chains in Indonesia will be highly preferred.
