About the Role
We are looking for a CAD Designer to support our quartz countertop fabrication and production process.
The main responsibility of this role is to interpret measurement data and project requirements, then produce accurate CAD drawings that can be used for fabrication and CNC production.
Responsibilities
- Create accurate 2D CAD drawings based on measurement data and project requirements.
- Convert Phototop measurement data into detailed CAD drawings.
- Prepare drawings for quartz countertop fabrication and CNC production.
- Ensure dimensions, cut-outs, openings, corners, radiuses, and other details are accurately represented.
- Review drawings carefully to identify dimensional or technical errors before production.
- Make revisions based on project or production requirements.
- Maintain proper file organization, drawing standards, and revision control.
- Coordinate with the production team to clarify technical requirements when needed.
- Ensure drawings are completed accurately and within the required timeline.
Requirements
- Proficient in AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
- Experience in 2D technical drawing.
- Good understanding of dimensions, measurements, geometry, and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to interpret technical information and translate it into accurate CAD drawings.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple drawings/projects.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
