Key Responsibilities
- As a Merchandising at FAVO.id, you will be at the forefront of driving revenue growth by closing deals with top brands, principals, and distributors. You’re not just managing categories—you’re building partnerships, unlocking opportunities, and scaling our business across e-commerce platforms.
- Hunt, pitch, and close deals with principals, brand owners, and distributors to grow FAVO’s portfolio
- Own the end-to-end partnership lifecycle—from first contact to onboarding and scaling
- Lead commercial negotiations (pricing, margins, trading terms, promotional support, exclusivity) to secure win-win deals
- Build strong relationships with partners and turn them into long-term growth drivers
- Work closely with marketing and promotion teams to maximize campaign performance and sales impact
- Spot growth opportunities quickly—new brands, new products, bundles, and campaign opportunities
- Monitor sales performance by brand/partner and provide actionable recommendations to drive growth
- Prepare and present regular reports on pipeline, deal progress, and partnership performance
Requirements
- Strong curiosity and a self-starter mindset with a Get Sh*t Done attitude, continuous improvement, and stay humble
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in Business Development, Key Account Management, Merchandising, or Partnerships
- Strong track record in pitching, negotiating, and closing deals with principals or distributors, supported by excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, as well as a solid understanding of pricing structures, margins, and commercial terms
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace for data analysis, reporting, and performance monitoring
- Familiarity with FMCG products and the Indonesian e-commerce landscape is a plus
