- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and service standards in the dining area.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
- Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service is preferred.
