As a Butler / Guest Relations & Housekeeping Officer, you are the face and heart of hospitality at Villa Shibumi. You bridge the gap between guest wishes and villa services in a personal, proactive, and deeply attentive way. Not only do you ensure every guest feels truly special and cared for, but you also take pride in maintaining the pristine condition of the villa — ensuring they feel completely at home in a beautiful, spotless environment from the moment they arrive to the moment they depart.
Your Day to Day / Keseharian Anda
Guest Services / Layanan Tamu
- Welcome guests at check-in with genuine warmth, introduce all villa facilities, and ensure their comfort from the very first moment. (Menyambut tamu saat check-in dengan penuh kehangatan, memperkenalkan fasilitas villa, dan memastikan kenyamanan mereka sejak pertama tiba.)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all guest needs and requests throughout their entire stay. (Menjadi titik kontak utama tamu untuk seluruh kebutuhan dan permintaan selama menginap.)
- Respond promptly to every request — whether in person, by telephone, or via message — warmly and professionally. (Merespons setiap permintaan tamu dengan cepat, ramah, dan profesional.)
- Handle complaints with empathy, calm, and a focus on delivering satisfying resolutions. (Menangani keluhan tamu dengan empati, tenang, dan menghadirkan solusi yang memuaskan.)
- Conduct heartfelt check-outs to ensure every guest leaves carrying the very best impressions. (Melakukan check-out dengan hangat dan memastikan tamu meninggalkan kesan terbaik.)
Housekeeping & Villa Care / Tata Graha & Perawatan Villa
- Maintain absolute cleanliness and tidiness of all villa areas, including guest bedrooms, bathrooms, living spaces, and outdoor areas. (Menjaga kebersihan dan kerapian mutlak di seluruh area villa, termasuk kamar tidur, kamar mandi, ruang keluarga, dan area luar.)
- Perform daily make-up room and evening turndown services with exceptional attention to detail. (Melakukan pembersihan kamar harian dan layanan turndown malam dengan detail yang luar biasa.)
- Coordinate guest laundry services with external vendors and assist with wardrobe/packing arrangements upon request. (Mengoordinasikan layanan binatu tamu dengan vendor pihak ketiga serta membantu penataan/pengepakan pakaian tamu jika diminta.)
- Monitor and meticulously arrange all linens, towels, and cleaning inventories to uphold luxury standards. (Memantau dan menata rapi seluruh linen, handuk, dan inventaris kebersihan untuk mempertahankan standar kemewahan.)
Activity Planning & Special Moments / Pengaturan Aktivitas & Momen Spesial
- Plan and arrange activities: restaurant reservations, tours, spa treatments, transportation, and more. (Merencanakan aktivitas tamu: reservasi restoran, tur, spa, transportasi, dan lainnya.)
- Create special experiences: birthday setups, anniversary decorations, private romantic dinners, etc. (Menyiapkan pengalaman spesial: dekorasi ulang tahun, anniversary, makan malam romantis, dll.)
- Offer personalised recommendations for the finest destinations, dining, and activities across Bali. (Memberikan rekomendasi destinasi, kuliner, dan aktivitas terbaik di Bali.)
- Proactively anticipate needs — take thoughtful action before guests feel the need to ask. (Mengantisipasi kebutuhan tamu secara proaktif — bertindak sebelum diminta.)
Administration & Service Improvement / Administrasi & Peningkatan Layanan
- Ensure all amenities and welcome gifts are perfectly in place before each arrival. (Memastikan kelengkapan amenities dan welcome gift tersedia sempurna sebelum tamu tiba.)
- Record guest preferences, habits, and requests to enable personalised service during future visits. (Mencatat preferensi dan kebiasaan tamu untuk personalisasi kunjungan berikutnya.)
- Gather feedback regularly and relay insights to the Villa Manager. (Mengumpulkan feedback tamu dan menyampaikannya kepada Villa Manager.)
What We Need from You / Yang Kami Butuhkan dari Anda
- Education: Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or Communications. (Minimal D3/S1 di bidang Perhotelan, Pariwisata, atau Komunikasi.)
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a Guest Relations, Butler, Housekeeping, or Front Office role at a luxury villa or hotel. (Minimal 2 tahun pengalaman di posisi Guest Relations, Butler, Housekeeping, atau Front Office di villa atau hotel bintang.)
- Language: Excellent verbal and written communication in both Indonesian and English. (Kemampuan komunikasi lisan dan tulisan yang sangat baik dalam Bahasa Indonesia dan Inggris.)
- Personality: Professional appearance, confident presence, strong attention to cleanliness, and a naturally warm manner. (Berpenampilan profesional, percaya diri, sangat peka terhadap kebersihan, dan selalu hangat.)
- Knowledge: Strong local knowledge of Bali's destinations, culture, and dining scene. (Pengetahuan lokal yang kuat tentang destinasi, kuliner, dan budaya Bali.)
