Position : Villa Butler
Employment : Full-Time
We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Villa Butler to take care of the overall condition, cleanliness, organization, and daily readiness of a large private villa in Mumbul, Nusa Dua.
Responsibilities:
- Take overall responsibility for the cleanliness and readiness of the villa.
- Perform daily cleaning and housekeeping duties throughout the villa.
- Conduct periodic and deep cleaning of bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchen, outdoor areas, and other villa facilities.
- Maintain the villa in a clean, tidy, organized, and presentable condition at all times.
- Arrange and organize furniture, amenities, linen, towels, kitchenware, and other villa items.
- Prepare the villa before guest arrival and ensure everything is properly set up.
- Check and control the condition of rooms, facilities, equipment, furniture, and villa amenities.
- Monitor linen, towels, cleaning supplies, toiletries, and other villa inventory.
- Report damaged, missing, or malfunctioning items and coordinate repairs when necessary.
- Assist with basic guest requests and provide warm, professional, and discreet service.
- Assist with guest arrival and departure when required.
- Coordinate with maintenance, gardener, pool staff, or other service providers when necessary.
- Ensure indoor and outdoor areas are properly maintained and presentable.
- Monitor villa supplies and communicate when replenishment is required.
- Maintain proper standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and villa presentation.
- Perform other reasonable villa-related duties as required by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Villa Butler, Butler, Housekeeper, Villa Attendant, Hotel Staff, or similar position.
- Experience working in a private villa or luxury hospitality environment is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of housekeeping and villa maintenance standards.
- Detail-oriented, neat, clean, and well-organized.
- Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Responsible and trustworthy, with a strong sense of ownership toward the property.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to handle guest requests professionally and discreetly.
- Physically fit and comfortable performing housekeeping and villa-related tasks.
- Able to identify basic maintenance issues and report them appropriately.
- Able to ride a motorcycle and possess a valid SIM C is preferred.
- Able to work flexible hours based on villa occupancy and guest requirements.
