Responsibilities
- Present and explain the company’s services, partnership system, and business opportunities to property owners.
- Conduct meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups with prospective partners.
- Manage partnership agreements and contract administration.
- Explain partnership terms and conditions professionally and clearly.
- Build and maintain good relationships with property owners and partners.
- Conduct property surveys and evaluate potential properties.
- Coordinate with operational teams regarding property onboarding processes.
- Prepare regular reports on acquisition and partnership progress.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident in conducting presentations and meetings with clients/property owners.
- Target-oriented and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Property, or Hospitality industry is preferred.
- Familiar with Bali areas and property market is a plus.
